This Privacy Policy describes how UTIL ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

UTIL does not require user registration. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number directly. However, the following information is collected automatically:

• Usage Data: Screens viewed, taps, session duration, and interaction events (collected via Firebase Analytics).
• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, language, region, and unique device identifiers.
• Approximate Location: Country-level geographical data, derived from your IP address, used solely to display region-appropriate advertisements and content.
• Crash Reports: Diagnostic information sent automatically when the App crashes (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android and Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, used for ad personalization.

2. How We Use the Information

• To analyze app usage patterns and improve features.
• To display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.
• To diagnose and fix technical issues.
• To deliver region-specific content and sponsorships.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

4. Advertising and Personalization

UTIL displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and behavioral data to personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

5. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months for analytics events). We do not retain personal data on our own servers.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

UTIL is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California, you have the right to:

• Request access to the data collected about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to processing of your data for advertising purposes.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
