Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the UTIL mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and UTIL ("we", "us"). Use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

The App provides tactical information, video tutorials, and gameplay strategies for first-person shooter video games. All trademarks, game logos, character names, map names, and related assets referenced within the App are the property of their respective owners. UTIL is an independent fan-made educational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems or data.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any portion of the App or its content.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and may include sponsored banners. Clicking on advertisements is at your own risk; we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the tactical information provided will improve gameplay performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, or these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
